Wednesday Wellness Flow

Service Description

Treat yourself to a mid-week break of mindful breath and movement. We'll start class with some breath work and a mindful meditation, followed by a power vinyasa yoga sequence that will build strength, focus and connection. Donations accepted via Venmo: @eric-ziegler-35 Please arrive a few minutes early to login and get situated. I recommend comfortable workout clothes, a yoga mat and a water bottle. Props such as a yoga block, strap or towel are optional. I look forward to seeing you on your mat!
